Coach Evaluations 

The Executive of the Semiahmoo Soccer Club is committed to providing the best possible coaching for our youth and senior teams.    To help us meet this objective, the Club is asking players and/or parents to evaluate their coach.

The purpose of this exercise is to help the coach improve his/her skills and to assist the Club in choosing coaches for the upcoming season.

Confidentiality will be maintained.  Even though you are asked to input an email address this will not become part of the report.

The questionnaire will be reviewed and a summary of all the teams’ responses will be provided to the coach in a generalized format so that no one parent or player can be identified.
