Rep Player Evaluation Registration 2008 - 2009 Season 

All players who wish to attend evaluation sessions must pre-register in order to participate.
A $10 non-refundable fee is payable at the Club Fieldhouse on the day of the first session you attend.

LATE REGISTRATIONS for Player Evaluation Sessions

Those registrations occurring less than 24 hours prior to start of a player's evaluation session may not be forwarded to the evaluation coordinators.  These players should be prepared to provide their player / contact information upon check-in.
