RE: Whitecaps full time player
program
Darryl,
Please accept this email as official notice and
congratulations that 4 girls from the Semiahmoo Soccer Club have been invited
to the Whitecaps girls full time player program. The players invited and
who have accepted are: Emily Frazer, Nicole Ambrose, and Gurveen Clair
from this past season’s U16 Semiahmoo Nitro, and Nicole Setterlund from
this past season’s U15 Semiahmoo United team.
This challenging program will have these players training
and playing in a full time, year round elite program. They will
constantly be challenged against other elite youth players in training and
against women’s teams in game environments. Also tying into our
full time women’s prospects and W-League program, we are excited by the
opportunities available to these players.
We would like to acknowledge the work of the Semiahmoo
Soccer Club and it’s coaches that helped get these girls to the highest
level of youth soccer.
Regards,
Matt Holbrook
