- Full (standard) field for U11 - 18
- Substitution on the fly

Entry Fee - $200.00 (non refundable, however substitutions within same age group are allowed)
Registration must be received by October 31, 2008 in order to secure a group. However, should an age division fill up (to 4 teams) before October 31, 2008, your team may have to play in a different division, if room is available. Enter as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
