Semiahmoo Soccer Club is once again please to participate in the Pacific Coast Soccer League, and is expecting great things for their Women’s Premier and Reserve (U21) teams during the 2009 season. A number of changes have been made to the Club’s PCSL program, in an effort to build on previous years’ experiences.
 Play begins the May 9/10 weekend and runs through to the end of June.

All of the Club’s PCSL home games will be at South Surrey Athletic Park.
Under the general management of Jack Reddy (formerly with the Chilliwack FC - U21 Women’s Program), the Club’s PCSL Program will utilize a number of experienced professional coaches and trainers. They include:
Vladimir Samozvanov, (Head Coach for Women’s Soccer at Kwantlen Polytechnic University) who has been brought in to oversee the Club’s PCSL Premier team.
Mark Bell, (professional coach, formerly with TSS and Langley Soccer Club) and Richard Coulter (Metro Coach, Semiahmoo Soccer Club) will coach and oversee the development of the Reserve (U21) team.
Specialized Fitness and Goalkeeper Training will be looked after by Kim Bull (Kwantlen Polytechnic University) and Rod Buckham (Semiahmoo Soccer Club), respectively.
The Club’s Premier and Reserve (U21) teams will be comprised mostly of U21 players, who are products of the Club and Kwantlen’s soccer programs. The Club is encouraging its graduating U18 youth players and advanced U16 – U17 to participate in the PCSL program, so that they can showcase their talents and skills against some of the best female soccer players in B.C.
The Club’s objective is to use the PCSL program to help build a very strong Women’s Program around the Club’s up and coming youth, within the high level player development environment being created by the Club’s Head Coach, Mark McQueen.
