Roaming Staff Coaches Club Staff Coaches are assigned to practice fields during practice times of Club teams. Staff Coaches provide direction and assistance to soccer related activities.
Purpose
The purpose of the program is to provide "teams" and their coaches with an opportunity to increase their awareness of soccer related activities and better ensure that the appropriate level of intensity is maintained during practice sessions, subject to the specific "training level". Staff coaches will step into practice sessions where and when necessary, and invited, to assist the team coach. Objective
Assist coaches/players to run training sessions to better ensure qualiy and inensity of play. Program runs September thru March. Staff coaches provide review/critique of coaches performance of practice sessions and provide feedback for the coaches so they can become better coaches. |
