What is Complete Registration?

INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!

ALL player registrations must be complete before a player can be considered for team, league or program placement. COMPLETE REGISTRATION includes receipt of accurate online registration information, all Fees, Proof of Birth* and ID Photos**, by the Semiahmoo SC Registrar within 7 days of the submission of online information.

It is the responsibility of registrants to ensure that correct player information, fees and documents have been submitted in a timely manner.

Player registrations for the Club's U5/6 Introduction to Soccer and U7-18 Fall/Winter Recreation League programs will be handled on a first come, first serve basis, based on receipt by the Club of a player's completed registration.

Player registrations for the Club's U11-U18 Fall/Winter Rep Teams must be completed by deadlines set out by the registrar. Players with incomplete registrations are not eligible to participate in team or club activities.

Both Proof of Birth and ID Photos can be scanned and emailed directly to the registrar or mailed to the Club address below.

If you will have difficulty meeting the deadline above, or require further information, please contact the SSC Registrar:

*PROOF OF BIRTH
All NEW players to the Semiahmoo Soccer Club and ALL players born 1999 must submit proof of birth. Proof of birth may be copy of birth certificate or passport.

**ID PHOTOS
All NEW players born 1994  through 2001 and ALL players born 2001 (U11), 1998 (U14), 1996 (U16) must submit current ID photo for District ID cards. Photo should be approximately 1-1 inch, showing player's head and shoulders only -- no sunglasses or hats! Please mark your player's name and birth year on the back of the photo before sending to the Club.

Receipt of a player's registration information, fees and other documents does not necessarily guarantee a player's team/program placement.

Many factors must be considered in organizing this team sport, including balancing teams (players' abilities as well as team maximums and number of teams in each age group), recruitment of volunteer coaches and their availability as well as facility and field availability.

Recreation-level players will be notified by mid to late August of their status.

Players and families can help the process by completing their registrations (sending registration information as well as fees, ID photos, proof of birth owed to the Club) in a timely manner.
